Dr. Caroline Hossein will be returning to her alma mater, Saint Mary’s University, to present her lecture on how the women of the African Diaspora secure their livelihoods and social needs by engaging in solidarity economies through a specific form of mutual aid formally referred to as Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCAs).
