The Banker Ladies Council Secure Funding

The Banker’s Ladies Council is one of 31 Canadian recipients of a grant through The Foundation for Black Communities. This foundation funds 31 Black-led, Black-serving and Black-focused projects as part of the Investment Readiness Program.

This initiative, led by Community Foundations Canada, has pledged $25,000, which will support the creation of the ROSCA Federation, as well as help design, develop, measure and scale future investments.

Although resources will continue to be available on the Africana Development & Feminist Political Economy Portal, this funding will enable The Banker Ladies Council to have their own space.
